A strategic and top-performing senior executive, Jessica's career includes comprehensive experience in marketing, direct sales, market planning, channel development, continuous improvement initiatives, telecommunications, contract/price negotiations, program management, account management new business development and call center operations.
As Senior Vice President of ADT Security Services, Jess was responsible for leading more than 1500 resources to improve revenue through improved sales performance in lower-cost sales channels and increased customer retention. She was responsible for overhauling operations through changing customer, metrics, talent process and technology. Prior to joining ADT, Jess served as Vice President with DIRECTV leading their sales centers, proactive and reactive marketing programs for both residential and commercial business units. Under Jess' leadership, her sales organization improved revenue contribution by more than 20% year over year. Before transitioning work for Fortune 150 company, Jess spent the first part of her career in start-up organizations. Her career in startups included navigating successful IPOs and leading various sales, marketing and operational roles with companies through hyper-growth to mature operations operational phases.
